1. Billing
- Paid plans are provided as non-renewing 30-day passes.
- Payments are processed by Toss Payments.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No conditions apply.
- Refunds are processed through Toss Payments to the original payment method. Actual timing may vary by payment method and card issuer.
3. Pass Expiry
- 30-day passes do not renew automatically. Paid access expires at the end of the purchased period.
- Purchasing the same or another paid plan before expiry extends access by 30 days.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@wecommit.ai with your account email and payment date or Toss Payments payment information.
- Requests are processed within 3–5 business days.
