1. 서비스 정의 및 적용 범위

본 약관은 WECOMMIT Co., Ltd.(이하 “회사”)가 운영하는 AI 사업계획서 보조 서비스인 genDOC.ai(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건 및 절차에 대한 사항을 규정합니다. 이용자가 서비스에 가입함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

2. 계정 관리 및 개인정보

  • 이용자는 소셜 로그인(Google, Kakao 등) 또는 이메일 방식을 통해 계정을 생성할 수 있습니다.
  • 자신의 계정 관리 책임은 사용자 본인에게 있으며, 타인에게 양도하거나 대여할 수 없습니다.
  • 가입 시 수집된 개인정보는 별도의 ‘개인정보처리방침’에 따라 안전하게 보호됩니다.

3. 서비스 이용의 제한 및 주의사항

  • 본 서비스는 생성형 AI 기술을 기반으로 하며, 결과물의 정확성 및 완전성을 100% 보장하지 않습니다.
  • AI가 생성한 내용은 보조 도구로만 사용되어야 하며, 최종 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
  • 관련 법령에 저촉되는 자료(허위 사실, 지적 재산권 침해 등)를 생성하거나 유포하는 행위를 금지합니다.

4. 지적 재산권

  • 이용자가 서비스 내에 입력한 원본 자료 및 AI를 통해 생성한 결과물의 저작권은 원칙적으로 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
  • 단, 회사는 서비스 개선 및 모델 고도화를 위하여 이용자의 입력 데이터(비식별화 처리)를 학습에 활용할 수 있습니다. (설정에서 동의 거부 가능)
  • 서비스의 디자인, 소스코드, AI 모델 알고리즘 등 회사 고유의 지적 재산은 회사에 귀속됩니다.

5. 유료 서비스 결제 및 환불

모든 결제는 결제 처리사 토스페이먼츠(Toss Payments)를 통해 처리됩니다. 유료 플랜은 자동갱신 없는 30일 이용권으로 제공되며, 결제 후 14일 이내 전액 환불 보장을 포함한 상세 사항은 환불정책을 따릅니다.

6. 서비스 중단 및 면책 사항

회사는 서버 점검, 기술적 결함, 천재지변 등으로 인해 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. AI 생성 도구의 특성상 오류가 발생할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 이용자가 입은 간접적 손해에 대해서는 회사가 책임을 지지 않습니다.

7. 관할 법원

본 약관과 관련하여 발생하는 분쟁에 대해서는 대한민국 법령을 적용하며, 회사의 본사 소재지 관할 법원을 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service (English)

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of genDOC.ai (the “Service”), an AI-assisted business-plan drafting service operated by WECOMMIT Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). By registering for the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account & Personal Information

  • You may create an account via social login (Google, Kakao, etc.) or email.
  • You are solely responsible for managing your account and may not transfer or lend it to others.
  • Personal information collected at registration is protected under our separate Privacy Policy.

3. Service Restrictions & Notices

  • The Service is based on generative AI technology and does not guarantee 100% accuracy or completeness of its output.
  • AI-generated content should be used as an auxiliary tool only; the final responsibility rests with the user.
  • Generating or distributing content that violates applicable laws (false statements, IP infringement, etc.) is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright in source materials you submit and in AI-generated outputs belongs in principle to you.
  • However, the Company may use input data (de-identified) to improve the Service and its underlying models. You can opt out in settings.
  • The Service’s design, source code, and AI-model algorithms remain the intellectual property of the Company.

5. Billing & Refunds

All payments are processed by Toss Payments. Paid plans are provided as non-renewing 30-day passes. The 14-day full-refund guarantee and other details are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Service Interruptions & Disclaimer

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond its control. Errors may occur due to the nature of generative AI, and the Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from such errors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of the Company’s principal place of business.
