genDOC (the “Service”) collects the following categories of personal information.

• Required: Email address and name (collected automatically via social login).
• Optional: Business-plan content (processed for AI generation, with your consent to server storage).
• Payment information: Card details are processed directly by Toss Payments and are not stored on our servers.
• Automatically collected: Service usage records, IP address, and access logs.

2. Purposes of Collection & Use

• Member management and authentication.
• Providing the AI business-plan generation service.
• Processing paid-pass payments and issuing payment records.
• Service improvement and analytics.
• Compliance with legal obligations.

3. Retention Period

• Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
• Payment records under the Korean E-Commerce Act: 5 years.
• Service usage records: 3 months.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not, as a rule, disclose personal information to third parties, except where required by law or with the data subject’s consent.
